Integrated RX Associates

The hipaa form they send you from a text cannot be completed at least from my iPhone using safari as a browser. I tried about 20 times and went back to make sure I “acknowledged” the other forms that were included but still received an error (picture included) that i am missing something after the form was completed. I sent a text for “help” and they repeat just to text “stop” if you want to opt out of receiving texts. No online help available. Why offer a “help” option if that is not really available? Then I call the number listed in the text and they want me to provide my payment over the phone. I said no and asked them to transfer to my regular pharmacy. The technology they use is way below standard. The “new online system” is a joke. The person on the phone was also very rude.

I would give 0 star if there was that option. Bad bad customer service. The lady couldn’t answer my simple question about the bill that I already paid. She even was not sure and still said yes. She asked me to call back without reason 🤦‍♀️. If you don’t know, just tell me that you don’t know.

I used to be a customer of Integrated Rx, but my insurance changed my specialty pharmacy to Accredo Specialty. Wow! I wish it had not changed! I contacted Accredo 2 weeks ago and still don’t have my prescription! Of course you still have to get insurance approval for any pharmacy, but once Integrated had all my paperwork, refills were SO fast! With Integrated I would get prescription refills delivered overnight or I could go by a pick them up, if I needed. My new pharmacy says refills will be 7-10 days! I will definitely return to Integrated if I get the chance, you guys would call if there were any issues, and you are efficient with your business! I miss you! Thanks!

0 STARS. We had to get approval from our insurance on a medication. Integrated RX said it takes a few days. I followed up twice with them and they assured they hadn’t heard back. Then another whole week passes by and i call for another update only to be told it wasn’t approved and they had gotten that denial a week ago and never thought to let us know!!

I was assured this company would contact me via text to arrange delivery of a prep before a procedure. Not only did they not contact me (double checked all texts), when I followed up as suggested by the doctor's office they told me they would not deliver and I would be charged an extra $60 to have it transfered to a pharmacy near me. If I had any other option I would cancel. Poor service, bad business model.
