Unfortunately, my experience with this office was extremely frustrating due to billing and insurance handling. Despite having active primary and secondary insurance at the time of service, the claim was not properly billed to the primary insurer, resulting in a denial related to coordination of benefits. I was not provided with clear or timely communication regarding what was needed to resolve the issue, and months later the balance was transferred to collections due to the office’s failure to correct the billing error within the filing window. this situation could have been avoided entirely with proper insurance processing and follow-up. We are very upset about this a lot!😡 We went into the clinic asking about my daughter’s blood test results at the front desk to see if the doctor received it or not, it was so she can refill her medication. The lady specifically in the middle had a very bad attitude with us. We asked her if she could print out the test results and she sarcastically told us “print it at the library” and ignored us. We tried to call later on to ask if they can call the lab so they can fax the results over, but instead we kept getting moved to different receptionists in the same building. When the same lady was on the line she lied to us and said “yeah we can call them for you” and hung up on us and she never contacted us ever again. Now my daughter is missing her medication. After going to the walk in ynhh 2x for redness and swelling of my toe with no relief from abt I Went to Isabella who was very nice and cordial although very quick to say you need a stronger abt she also said I should see a podiatrist I’m glad I didn’t get the 2 week abt because I went to the podiatrist today and he diagnosed reynauds so I think from now on I’ll be asking to see a doctor I would have been taking two antibiotics for no reason

Been seeing Dr. Moss for years. He, perhaps, saved my life by diagnosing a melanoma a few years ago for which I will be forever grateful. The cancer was subsequently remove and so far, has not returned. He is the best.

Dr. Kelsey is an excellent surgeon with a wonderful bedside manner. He is so kind. Took his time explaining the procedure and made sure I was comfortable during it. He did an amazing job “putting me back together” and I am very happy with the results. His staff is warm and caring especially Bella, McKenzie, and Lulu.
