If I could give less than one star I would. I have been going back and forth with their staff for over a month over lost lab work. No one ever returns your call, they are rude and unhelpful. All I've asked is for them to waive my co-pay so I can go see another doctor that might actually be running a decent practice to get new labs. I wish I had paid closer attention to the reviews before booking an appointment.

Dr. Lanier is well versed in his practice. With issues of my ankle, he gave me options with details of how to trat the torn tendons. Dr Lanier performed surgery on my ankle. Not only am I impressed about the outcome, Dr Lanier explained everything in detail which in turn answered my questions before I had to ask them.

My experience today 11/18/2025 I was referred to this office as a STAT visit I was on-time to my 9am appointment, when I arrived the window notice said office was closed due to system being down, indicating not sure when it would come up, so I waited about 45 mins to an hour to no avail, so I called into the office to reschedule they offered me a 245 pm appointment for today so I took it considering I really needed to be seen today...went home 40 miles away only to return one minute late 246pm and was told they didn't give grace to new patients but I gave them grace earlier when the system was down way more than a minute....I mean really...an they think I want to reschedule for tomorrow when they couldn't see me for being one minute late.....ummm if that was to much to handle they sure c

Great Dr's. Told would get shoes for my parents in 2 to 4 weeks. But have tried to call 2 days in a row and no answer. Will change review if they get their shoes

This is great place and the staff and doctors are super friendly and was able to help me one the same day
