InStride Foot & Ankle Associates

Had an appointment on Monday the 19th @ 9:30am. I received an appt. Reminder on Sunday the 18th at 3:40pm. My appointment was apperantly canceled 2 hours later that same day they tried to reach out to me by calling me on a private number at 5:22pm. I didn't answer because like a lot of folks * I do not answer private numbers*. Yes my mailbox was full but that also means I still dont know my appt. was canceled. So I showed up not knowing i didn't have an appointment l. This is a place of business they could have sent me a txt or called from a number that's Identifiable. This doesn't reflect the work that is being done here. Just shines light on the lack of the correct formalities.

Dr.McDonald did my procedure , it was an absolute pleasure to be attended by him . He is kind , settles your nerves with a pleasant conversation. Drew a smiley face on my bandage :)

It was an absolute pleasure getting my procedure done. I continue going once every few months and Dr McDonald is the best. He cares about his patients. I would recommend him to anyone.

Very professional and dr.jon Lyerly was very professional and good i would recommend him to help with your feet he is very aware of all possible issues and will treat you with the best of care
