Instant Urgent Care

I was very grateful for the support and wisdom that shaped my experience. I received prompt service....right on time. The staff was both professional and welcoming. The doctor provided me with a helpful understanding of my condition and important guidelines for my care. Being able to address medical issues as they arise and get the needed remedies in a timely manner is a source of great peace and appreciation!

This review is for this location and their location that was near Valley Fair mall. The location near VF was run down and unsanitary. There were huge cockroaches crawling around the room where I did my physical exam. When I was doing my eye exam I looked down and saw a roach crawling towards me! I hope this location doesn’t have that same issue. The VF location charged me both out of pocket and had my insurance involved. It should have only been one or the other but I paid them twice for 1 service and then they tried to charge me again through text! A lady that worked at both locations said she would resolve the issue but never did. Since they charged my insurance I wanted to at least get a refund for what I paid in person but they refused and said “that’s not how it works.” After all th

Wonderful experience. Can’t say enough. Our Dr is was knowledgeable, heard our concerns and presented us with treatment plan that gives us so much hope for a fast recovery. Loved having the ability to remain home and not sit in an office while feeling this sick. Prescriptions were sent to our pharmacy and already seeing positive results.

Glad I went here. They also took CA blue shield. Their company has a customer service number where you can call before going to ask about insurance, appointments, etc. Past 5pm, you might need to make an appointment the next day. They close at 6pm and of course will prioritize ppl with appointments. Thank you PA Maha (pardon spelling) and the front desk staff and nurses!

I visited Instant Urgent Care, Sunnyvale for primary care and was very happy with my experience. The staff were friendly, caring, and respectful. Everything was well organized, and I felt genuinely cared for. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent service!
