Loved my experience at the office. From the warm welcome at the front from Mary, to the easy transition to the back with Pam for X-rays and detailed pictures, the cleaning by Meghna and finally the thorough exam with Dr. Vaid. The whole visit went smoothly. Highly recommend this office.

I felt so well-cared for in terms of solid professional knowledge of the staff from Mary at the front desk to Pam assisting the doctor during the replacement of my fillings to Meghna, dental hygienist who got my teeth really clean and polished in a gentle manner while teaching and reinforcing good habits such as brushing into the gum line and using a chargeable electric toothbrush. I felt like everyone at the office are gems in their line of work. This is a gem of a practice. I called and spoke with Mary who was kind and courteous at the front office. Mary was soft-spoken, thorough, and conscientious. The conscientious part was the impression I got when she called me to verify information. As a person who appreciates docusign, I thought the electronic paperwork I completed like a breeze
