Inspira Urgent Care Glassboro

I want to give them -10 if I could. Rude people. My son was there with his dad at 1600 fo a sore throat medication according to them was sent at 1649 by Dr. Hendrix Richard. I’m at the pharmacy by 1830 the pharmacist is saying that they didn’t get the medication. My son was fasting all day we were waiting until he can eat to take his medication now he’s been fasting for almost 24hours and I’m still fighting over his amoxicillin of course it’s the weekend no supervisor. So when I called them firm the pharmacy the most rude Pierson on earth answered her name was Clerck Joanne said well the medication was sent. I said I’m here with the pharmacist they haven’t received it my son needs it so he can eat. She was like we will cancel the first order and send it again. I waited the pharmacist said

I saw PA Catherine McNulty and she had no manners. She was very rude with no compassion or empathy. She’s at the Glassboro Inspira Urgent Care and I wouldn’t recommend her at all. She didn’t listen to my concerns, didn’t seem to care I was in pain and wasn’t interested in giving me medical advice. The whole appointment was a waste of time, energy and money. I won’t go back there. Her tone was condescending and highly inappropriate and unprofessional. Don’t waste your time on this urgent care or with her. Her medical knowledge definitely seems to be lacking. I recommend choosing the Inspira Urgent Care in Mantua over this one, where there’s an actual Dr who knows what he’s talking aloud.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this urgent care. I arrived at 2:30, wasn’t seen until 4:00, and didn’t leave until 5:00. Three hours for a simple visit is ridiculous, especially with no explanation for the delay. While waiting, I heard staff behind the desk cursing and talking about buzz balls while giggling. It felt really unprofessional. When I finally went in, the first woman who saw me was rude, snappy, and passive-aggressive. She kept demanding details with no context and made the whole interaction uncomfortable. Thankfully, the actual doctor I saw afterward was very kind and professional. But after all that waiting, they basically told me, “Okay, we’ll just give you medicine.” Something that simple should not take three hours.

No point in checking in because they don’t use it. They also can’t gauge wait time well. Told me 45 mins, it took an hour and a half. Ended up going back an hour after the appt time offered and selected online. After all of that, the clinical staff during the visit were rude. Inefficient and unpleasant experience at every step.

WASTE OF MONEY! Do NOT waste time here. I repeat do NOT!!! waste time and money here. They told my boyfriend there was no puss pocket in his CLEARLY infected finger. We came home and he was in so much pain and nothing was helping. We ended up having to pop it ourselves because of the pain. They didn’t even seem to want to help, nor did they want to the last time we went there for a different matter. I included a picture for yall to see the not “infected” finger to prove there was something definitely wrong! They waste time and money and love to do nothing to help!
