Excellent service and friendly staff and pharmacist. Scheduling the vaccine shot online was easy. No wait time. The staff here do a good job and are easy to deal with. That's why I keep coming back to this location

Should have a zero star option. While there are a few nice workers, there were 2 pharmacy ‘technicians’ that were extremely unprofessional and rude to me on Oct 3rd. I noticed the time while looking for the Sudafed I needed (OTC) and hurried to the counter by 8:59. I was told by the girl at the counter they were closed, to which I replied there was one minute till they officially closed if she could please ring me up because my husband was very sick at home. A taller young man calls from the back that he’ll help me ‘but I can’t talk to her like that’. I didn’t talk to her like anything, I just tried to plead that I really needed the medicine after having both kids and husband sick at home after a crazy day. The CVS in Glassboro is EXCELLENT! The staff is always so friendly and the pharmacists are always helpful! The only reason I wasn't offered a vaccine is because I'm in there so often they know that I'm current on all of my vaccines. Whenever I need to wait for a prescription it's never more than two or three minutes. I switched from Rite Aid after being a customer there for more than 20 years and I can't believe I waited so long! I thank them all the time for the truly great job that everyone does there!

I was very disappointed in the service I was provided when picking up my prescription. I went inside the store to get my prescription and was told by a cashier I will be right with you. Now, as I am waiting under the pickup sign another customer comes back to pharmacy and stands under consultation another clerk comes and he said, I just got a text that my prescription is ready and she waited on him and then asked how can I help you.I said, I received a message that my prescription is ready. I think it is very rude and unprofessional and racist for her to take this man that comes right up after I was standing there for more than 5 minutes and gets waited on and saw me waiting to be help! I will be switching my prescription to another place because that is unacceptable and will not continue

Have been calling this pharmacy all morning and day, medications were called into it first you got an electronic corporate voicemail prompt system that is designed to not get you the right information, second talking to the staff unable to find the scripts that were called in, amazingly once the provider called themselves the scripts were found, but then had to wait for them to be done lunch for it to be filled, having to repeat my name twice for the pharmacist that answered and again with the present at the drive through window, when I got on the phone I introduced myself and again when I pulled up the same thing but neither staff could be bothered at all. Asking me what was the name as if I had not already in detail said that and date of birth. CVS in the pharmacy and it’s lack of leader
