I had a great appointment with Dr. Shannon Pan, I was brought back BEFORE my appointment time, staff were all super friendly. The exam room was clean and the appointment went smoothly. I felt like Dr. Pan listened to my concerns and was very thorough.

This facility needs an overhaul of it's staff. Especially one of their doctors. Stay away from becoming a patient of Dr. Sean Sussman. His medical assistants are rude and condescending. Some of the front desk employees are nice, but they still have to work on answering the phones and returning patient calls. Doctors/office staff don't respond to pharmacies inquiring about medicine refills or authorizations. They don't call back other doctors offices calling for patient care or concerns. My dentist called about pre-med medication for a mitro valve prolapse condition I have, with no response from Dr. Sussman. He once said to his staff outside the examination room while I was waiting for him, and I quote "what's wrong with her now"? Don't people go to the doctor when they're not feeling wel

2024 I had the flu real bad. I went for appointment they did nothing, gave me no antibiotics. Later that day I tried to come back, reason for it I was coughing blood. They told me you’re only allowed to be seen once. 3 hours later I was rushed to the hospital. Mind u this is a few days before my brothers funeral. Smh bad business

I had an appointment and arrived 13 minutes late. I called multiple times and waited on hold for about 20 minutes to let them know I was running late and to ask whether I should still come or reschedule, but no one answered and the call was disconnected. When I arrived, my appointment was canceled. This showed a lack of respect for my time, and the front desk was unreliable.

Literally the most unresponsive provider I have ever been to. I was a new patient and I will not be returning. I rather travel to PA than deal with this incompetent practice. I am still waiting for them to call me with time sensitive lab results (going on two weeks) now. I’m sure they will contact me timely when it’s time to collect my copay. Do yourself a favor and don’t even bother with this place.
