Inspira and Dr. Kylie Reardon helped me recover from a herniated disc, setting me on the path to resuming demanding activities and building fitness for life. Dr. Kylie met me where I was, in terms of pain and mobility, familiarity with training, and talked with me in the language that was most comfortable for me: exercise science and hard anatomy. We built a program that emphasized my goals and strengths, without losing sight of the deficiencies that led to my injuries. Her warm and supportive approach—and sense of humor—made the process fun and judgment-free. This is such an amazing practice! When I first came to Inspira I was struggling with chronic hip and shoulder pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, and breathing restriction. Dr Ezgi and Dr Kylie helped me learn how to get my muscles coordinating better, and the in-house pilates practice including wonderful teachers Odessa, Brenna, and many others have helped me rebuild strength and mobility. I started working with Kylie at Inspira a little over a year ago and she has helped me manage my chronic conditions so much! When I first started PT, I was in constant pain.
