Insight Dental Care

I’ve been coming here for a few years now and I have to say that I think this place is great - easy to book/reschedule, and all of the hygienists I’ve had appointments with are always so nice and great at what they do. What I like most though is that Dr. Schaeffler and all the staff are always kind and non-judgmental; I struggle a lot to keep up with regular flossing & dental care and never once have they made me feel ashamed for it (I cannot say the same for many other practices I’ve been to in the past). It makes it so much easier to keep coming back every 6 months knowing they’ll help me keep my teeth & gums healthy no matter what.

This is a very professional, caring dental office. The dentist and ALL STAFF are very welcoming and understanding. They always answer any questions or concerns that I may have. Totally recommend this office!!

I used to come here when it was Serang. It was perfect when it was Dr. Serang and never had an issue. Ever since it became Insight, I have had billing issues and the worst teeth cleanings I've ever had. When I got my teeth scanned for a mouth guard the device they used was filthy and covered in gunk. I asked them to clean it before it went it my mouth and they assured me it was sterilized and stuck it in my mouth anyway. Well, the scan was done poorly so I had to come back again a few weeks later and behold, the device is NOT covered in brown gunk this time, which made me sick to my stomach since that meant it wasn't cleaned properly my first time. I am a person of routine and didn't want to find a new dentist even after I was dissatisfied. But I learned I'm not alone in this disappointne

New patient of Insight - had not been to dentist in some time following the pandemic and really needed a cleaning. A coworker recommended this office to me and I’ve been several times for cleanings and other work since. Dr. Schaeffler and his staff are true professionals - would confidently recommend this practice to friends & family in the area.

I am a new patient at this practice and very satisfied with their professionalism, caring and price transparency. Entire team from admins and assistants to Dr. Chang and Dr. Schaeffler is excellent. I went in to get a crown and and had an amazing experience. Also, I did not feel like anyone was a salesman - no one pushed me to do anything that I was not comfortable with. Highly recommend!
