Not ADA accessible. Mandatory sign-in kiosks at Radiology are too high for a wheelchair user. Receptionist stated that checking in via app/phone not allowed. /// Also, the intense construction did not provide DIRECTIONAL SIGNS on how to drive all the way around the building to correctly enter the handicap parking lot. The visible route to blue spots is barricaded off and restricted to ambulance traffic only. Parking Guards are on the job to prevent the disabled from accessing the blue spots. Parking lot is full of chunky ice and salt, difficult for a wheelchair user.

I brought my wife here due to pain in her left arm, and our co-pay was $150. She was seen by a healthcare provider who was not a doctor, and she was placed on a bed along the hallway, which felt uncomfortable and lacking in privacy. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I would prefer going to a hospital emergency room in the future. I also noticed that many patients seem to face similar issues — some in significant pain, yet emergency care often involves long waits of more than an hour before being properly assessed. I hope the facility can improve its patient care process and waiting times to make the experience better for everyone.

The staff i met was great. The timely manor of being seen was great. But being misdiagnosed doesn't seem like myself and my insurance provider should have to pay. Where's the personal attention now ? My paycheck is based on results

I visited the emergency room three times, and every time the staff were amazing especially the doctor. They were very helpful, explained everything clearly, and made me feel so much better. I truly appreciate their care and highly recommend this location!

I went to the emergency room 9-10-25 around 7 pm with what turned out to be 3 broken ribs. Everyone was friendly and efficient and the wait time was reasonable. Nurse Mandy was especially nice and helpful and the doctor was very good, but I did not get her name. They provided me with answers to all of the information I needed and made sure the pain meds were working before sending me home. Darlene
