I had a great experience at this urgent care. My provider Zorodzai Guru was very caring, patient, and professional. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and made sure I understood my treatment plan before I left. I really appreciated how attentive and compassionate she was throughout the visit. The staff was also friendly and the clinic was clean and efficient. I left feeling well cared for and confident in the care I received. Highly recommend!

NOVA Urgent Care, Pinebrook Road, Chantilly, VA I brought my daughter to this clinic and left appalled by the conduct of the attending physician. During the consultation, the doctor's speech was unclear and difficult to follow. I leaned in and paid close attention—not to challenge her, but simply to understand what she was saying about my child's care. Instead of appreciating that I was engaged and attentive, she took it as a personal slight, as if my effort to hear her was an attack on her competence. Her retaliation was calculated and demeaning. She turned to my older daughter, asked her age, and then said, "You can explain it to your dad"—a deliberate attempt to humiliate me in front of my own child. The implication was clear: she assumed I lacked the intelligence to understand basic me

The only reason this place has 2 stars is because appointments were available when we needed to go in and PA Carmen was very professional and understood the reason for my call. Back tracking to what happened — my dad was seen he was tested for flu strep and covid which were all negative. He was prescribed tamiflu and told to go home. I insisted to my dad that you should tell them the you need to do a lung xray and to give us an order for it. They agreed and the next day we went in to get an xray. While his xray results suggested he has pneumonia on the left lobe the PA named Dora (who refused to send in a doctors note u til Monday as she suggested another anti biotic 5 days course which would end Friday.. she said we need to have him seen by the pulmonologist after which would be Monday. S

I have consistently had excellent experiences at Inova Urgent Care in South Riding. The entire staff is professional, compassionate, and attentive. To be honest, I often prefer bringing my son here over visiting his regular pediatrician because of the outstanding level of care and efficiency. Appointments are easy to schedule, and wait times are always minimal, especially when booked in advance. During our most recent visit, my son experienced an allergy attack. Despite arriving upset and uncomfortable, he left feeling much better and even smiling, thanks to the wonderful team who cared for him. The worst service and front desk I have ever seen. I came with my 4 years kid who fall and was bleeding from his face and the front desk lady was dealing with me like I am checking in a resort. I provided her with all information she needs and she told me that your insurance is not showing in the system. I made the call from my phone to the insurance as she was super lazy and the insurance confirmed to her that the account is active. I asked her to bill the insurance and if they do not pay to send me the bill and I will cover it but she insisted to make me pay upfront and before my son sees the doctor.
