Dr. Clark was absolutely excellent. I am deeply grateful to the entire team of doctors and nurses who were available and ready to assist me during my urgent medical need—especially under such deplorable weather conditions. Every staff member I encountered was professional, attentive, efficient, and genuinely compassionate. Had a great experience here with a severely cut finger in the early evening. Our first visit at this facility. Walked in with no appointment. Greeted courteously. Took our information promptly and efficiently. We were seen very quickly in spite of the busy time of day and season. Great care in assessing the issue and prepping for sutures. FNP Mamta Javier performed the procedure with gentle, expert skill. Very professional but also very empathetic and caring. Mamta's medical competency was exceptional and obvious, but her interpersonal skills were even more impressive. We would not hesitate returning for medical issues. Nice facility, friendly/competent staff, responsive service, convenient location, good parking, and a great outcome.

Fast efficient friendly caring. Went in with a bronchial infection and the staff took really good care of this semi retired entertainer. A very good experience even tho I was feeling much less than at my best. People who actually smile while they work. I'll use this practice for my urgent care needs from now on.

This was my first time ever visiting an urgent care facility! I did not know what to expect. However, I found the staff amiable and helpful. Dr. Clark was great straight forward and to the point!

I have had several good experiences here. I have come in 3 times in the last year and did not wait at all for 2 of those times. The sign in system is easy and quick, no hassling over insurance. During the exams I really appreciate how everyone, from techs to nurses and doctors share their medical expertise with me. They walked me through everything, and explained not just what was wrong with me but why it was happening and how the problem would be solved. I am someone who likes to understand exactly what is going on and they made it easy to comprehend. Everyone has been so personable and welcoming, and they even allowed me and my significant other to be seen together when we came in for the same issue.
