Innovative Renal Care Salisbury Dialysis Center

I am resubmitting my review as it appears the previous submission was deleted. This is my fourth dialysis center, and I find it to be the most unsatisfactory. Several issues contribute to this assessment, including the condition of the dialysis chairs, which are old with dents on the seats, lumbar areas, and torn armrests. The facility lacks aesthetic elements such as serenity prints or photographs on the walls. Operationally, the weight scale does not print my weight, and the dialysis machines lack the Crit-line device, which hinders technicians from accurately assessing fluid levels. We consistently experience repeated lab draws due to lost tubes or inadequate samples. Furthermore, there is no patient portal, necessitating direct requests for lab results. The place is going downhill in my opinion i feel as though the social worker forget alot of things far as my travel reminder not following up with my Transplant team at John Hopkins Hospital. The Doctors don't care for their patients alot of miscommunication but the nurse tech are good but the doctors is the question and i been waiting to take my binders meds for weeks. The place change alot for the bad and they have nurse supervisor that coughs without a mask and don't washed her hands at all and never helps the other nurse techs out all she do is just sit infront of the computer i made several Complaints about her to Dr Ofori and our social worker Beverly and still no results no solution of it.
