Innovative Renal Care Kessler Park Regional Dialysis Center

I am very pleased with my Nephrologist, Dr. Hanna and all the nurses and staff at Kessler Park Dialysis. However, please beware if you are a patient on the TTS schedule. The nurse on these days does not listen or understand patient care. I am seriously considering changing schedules and/or centers simply because I cannot continue with her incompetence. She is the only reason this center received such a poor rating.

I am a patient at this center I have a couple of issues with a charge nurse Lee I feel like she some knowledge of what she's doing on certain occasions she's messed up patient dialysis machine's. I've discussed the issues I've had with her with Eddie he didn't even know my name he knew I was a patient and I said that you don't know who I am I don't feel comfortable with my care in Lee hands when she's around my blood pressure goes high I do not like the way she talks to some of the techs. There has been incidents where attack is busy with a patient and she's steady calling them to come and do something she wants them to do very rude I feel like when concerns have gone to Eddie he ignores them. There are sometimes I don't get up and go to dialysis because I do not want to deal with Lee the

I want to express my sincere appreciation to th staff at Kessler facility for their nurturing and caring manners. They have made feel welcome and cared for since day one. I would like to Thank you for all you do; Miss Jeannie, Miss Oliver’s, Mr Mario, Mr John and Ms Yennie. I apologize. but I do not remembers everybody’s name but all staff that have taken care of me I greatly appreciate you too you all are awesome. May GOD Bless you always. I'm posting My Review to Finger Point Doctor. Robert L. Collazo-Maldonado. I Spent 2 1/2 Years under his Care at Kesseler Park Clinic (Westmoreland) and from my Personal Experience He is Among the Worst Professional Doctors. During the time I Was under His "Professional Specialist" Care. Never or even Close did Control My Blood Pressures. Only thing from my Very personal Experience with Him is that His Poor Professional Ethic is to Prescribe and Prescribe W/O any Good Results. He doesn't LISTEN His Patients or any Suggestions. During his Care I Was taking up to 8 pills per day Just for Bood Pressure. With no improvement at All. He is a Member of DNA Wich My experience with another Doctor in a Diferent Clinic Deemonstrate Their POOR Performance and No Ethic as Professionals (Both Doctor'

People this place is where my baby sister Lucretia goes for her Dialysis treatment. Please don't send your love ones here!!🤮🤮🤮🤬🤬🤢🤢. We are looking for a new place for her to go. Today was not a good day for her. While she was hooked up to the machine there was a roach crawling up in the arm of the chait that she was on. She stated that she has seen many time Roach's and have told management and they have don't done anything about it. If anyone know of a better place near Biship Art district please contact me.
