The head nurse there is amazing and the staff is great. The equipment, machines, chairs are all falling apart and the center is in need of new ones. I have been on dialysis on and off for over 25 years and I have never been so disappointed at the way the equipment has gotten so rundown. There are always leaks on the floor coming from the walls or wherever and it makes the center look messy. because you have to have Chuck’s to soak up the water.
Completely terrible phone service. The person answering the phone should hand off her duties to someone more capable of being a decent human being. Sarcastic, rude, and zero help.
