Innovative Dermatology

Recently changed dermatologists. My 1st visit to Innovative Derm was unexpectedly good. Short wait time. Dr was nice, professional, direct, fast and made me feel comfortable. Staff was great. Paperwork was easy and appts are convenient. Good stuff.

Dr. Minh Thieu was extremely disrespectful to me as a patient by arriving more than 45 minutes late to the practice/office, not once, but three times. I just don't understood how she thinks it's acceptable to treat people in this way. I have no issue with her as a Dr., she was knowledgeable, but my time is as important as anyone else's and her actions simply screamed that she doesn't really care about her patients.

Consistently run 30+ minutes behind and don’t care at all. Charge patients for cancelling or being late but they can make you wait in their office as long as they please.

Dr. Thieu and her team are amazing! She delivers such great care and is so knowledgeable. Everyone at the practice is so nice and helpful. She has best team! Highly recommend!

Great, friendly, clean practice! I saw Sara Zemel, PA-C and she was fantastic! She listened, asked the right questions and was very thorough. I was very impressed and highly recommend!
