I was going to Inner Qi for two years for fertility acupuncture until last Friday when I was checking out and was simply asking whether it was worth it to renew a full fertility package because I had not been receiving many of the services other than the acupuncture itself since Dr Thales left. Rather than taking the time to to make it right I was treated with complete disrespect and told that it was my fault that I did not receive the services that I had already paid for because it is my responsibility to tell them what is needed when in previous packages I was instructed by the acupuncturist what was recommended. I have been going to Dr. Thales for acupuncture since June for sinus and digestion issues. The treatments have helped and I am very happy with the progress I have made.
