Ruben is so very kind & sweet. The girls there are rude & nasty when they answer the phone (looks like that’s the consensus amongst other reviews I’ve read) they gave me a hard time about refilling a very important prescription at the earliest any & every other pharmacy will fill it at -27 days. The girls always tell me they can’t, while Ruben always let me. They made me feel like an addict & as someone who has a history with substance abuse & has been sober for over three years, that’s the last way I should’ve treated. Don’t give rules on one day & change them the next. I will never ever work with them again.

I’ve never experienced such unprofessional behavior from a pharmacy owner. The owner is consistently rude, hangs up on customers mid-conversation, and speaks to doctors/nurses in a hostile and disrespectful manner. What’s most troubling is the complete refusal to take accountability for his own errors. Any issue is immediately blamed on someone else—patients, doctors, insurance—rather than being addressed responsibly. Yelling and deflecting responsibility is not acceptable in healthcare, where accuracy, professionalism, and basic respect matter. I would strongly advise others to consider a pharmacy where patients and providers are treated with courtesy and accountability.

This is the perfect Boston experience- the pharmacists are always no-nonsense and kinda grumpy, while being fast and efficient. At some point I asked about a recall I had seen on my medication, and they looked into it immediately and then had to do further research, called later with an in depth update of what was going on and why it didn’t apply to my medication. They have my undying loyalty now.

This place is the best! I live out of Boston and care for my dad from long distance. They package his meds and deliver them. They call me and keep me up to date with any changes. This is like it was in the 1970s! Mike and all the team really care!

I love that they offer free same day delivery and affordable prescriptions but whoever they just hired to answer the phone has a snappy attitude for no reason and needs to work on her service but everything else is perfect
