I want to first start off and say that this place is amazing professional the most thoughtful considerate that I’ve ever come across I called and they got me in right away. I did my research ahead of time and knew exactly what I wanted, but they walked me through and assure me that that’s what I was gonna walk out with. I was beyond happy with the service. I can’t thank my tech. Her name is blessing enough. She was very patient with me. She worked with me and if I seen anything that I wanted to adjust she adjusted it with no issues. Kenza did my nipple tattoos after my double mastectomy, due to breast cancer. I was shocked how much it changed my body image having these done. Kenza’s work is perfection, but she also really cares about improving her client’s lives. Kenza’s studio is very clean and inviting, and she takes great care to make sure that any infections or complications are prevented. Her care instructions post visit were very clear and she gives you everything that you need. She also always makes herself available by text if you have questions. I am so happy I finally made the jump to get my brows done! Kenza made the entire process incredibly easy. I had no idea which brow treatment I wanted, and she took the time to walk me through all of the options and recommend what she felt would work best for me based on my skin type. We decided on a nano brow and powder combo. I can’t wait to see how the look after the full healing process! The whole process took a few hours from start to finish, was completely painless, and honestly so much fun. The time flew by because Kenza is amazing to chat with! Today I went to see Kenza for eyebrow microblading, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in, she was so welcoming and kind. Her studio is incredibly cozy and inviting, and she even offered me a blanket to make sure I was comfortable. Kenza took the time to ask me questions at every step to make sure the results matched exactly what I wanted. She also explained everything she was doing as she went along, which made me feel very relaxed and confident in her work.
