Ingles Pharmacy

This is the worst pharmacist I’ve ever met lol. I never ever leave any google reviews but I had to after this. He lied and said that we couldn’t refill a med and then admitted he didn’t know which med it was because he didn’t know which medication did what in children. Most doctors offices don’t even want you to send your meds here because the pharmacist is the worst…. He just lacks basic knowledge that I’ve never seen in a pharmacist before. I had called this med in two days prior and got a call that it was ready but he told me that we’d have to wait for 30 minutes. We had the car packed and were on the way to the beach and asked if there’s any way to have it sooner. He said there’s other meds he had to do first even though this was called in two days ago and the pharmacy had no one waiti

First time in 12 years a pharmacy was stealing my medication and when I confronted them, the entire staff was aggressive and defensive. (I was running out of my medicine and after confronting them, I don’t have that issue anymore and they would tell me it was my fault) I was told to ask them to count my prescriptions and every time I was met with contempt. The staff is rude to me and my husband. They refused to call my dr to change my prescription after I was in an accident and once again had to go without my medication. My Dr said that was the pharmacist’s responsibility and they argued with me and my husband. They are not only childish and irresponsible, these people don’t fit the requirements to be pharmacists. Lazy and angry doesn’t belong in helping people. I am taking further action.
