Sentry Drug Home Health & Compounding Center #16

I generally don’t leave poor reviews, but I had to do so with this business. I recall my grandmother and a few other relatives supporting this business. For this reason, I felt as if this local pharmacy and home health store would be ideal for my needs. I have encountered some rude people working in customer service, but this particular company and their staff is just odd and rude. Let me clarify this, the two pharmacists were seemingly helpful, but the majority of the workers acted very oddly and rude. I’m not sure if this particular location is not use to dealing with customers of color or they just lack basic customer service skills. I will not be returning to this location ever again. I moved here from Texas and have found this pharmacy to be an awesome place to buy my supplies, the staff is awesome and the lovely young lady at the drive through is amazing

My wife and myself have been customers of century Pharmacy for the last 7 years they're even be nice to my dogs and I go to the drive-thru they have treats waiting for them and I go pick up my medicine my dogs expect it every time. I would recommend this Pharmacy to anyone

Mr Pigg, I'm editing this review, in response, but also because it disappeared & I wasn't finished w/ the review by far & I couldn't find this 1 posted on Google reviews, I didn't think it posted. So I wrote another one which I assume you may have seen, I'm not sure. But in reference to the medicaid staff member being satisfied with what she was told by your staff, yes she was. She was simply told the truth, which your staff should have told me to begin with. I wouldn't have had to call medicaid & I wouldn't have written this review. Your staff went back & forth with me that medicaid doesn't cover compression hose & I told them, yes they do. I did my research, I spoke with medicaid the first time I had a prescription for them.
