Contrary to all the other reviews, I think infusion is a great company. Can they be better? Yes they can, but you have to understand that they have a lot more than one participant, they can't be everywhere at once. Joanne is a true blessing and always is there to help when needed. Looking forward to continue to receive great customer service from them.

Going through parenteral pain management was difficult for us, until we came across this great company Infusion options. They have the best service and great products and advanced pain management technology. These tools not only helped in identifying the correct reasons of pain, but also assisted physicians to find out the right solutions as well. I wish I could rate this company 0 stars. My father in law passed away several days ago and Infusion has still not come to pick up the bed, wheelchair and oxygen tank. Not only do my husband and I live in a small NYC apartment where there isn't enough room in the first place, but to constantly see the bed that a loved one died on is just terrible and extremely insensitive of them. They were supposed to come today between 12-5pm and, of course, they didn't show up. We stayed home waiting for them. Horrible horrible company. Stay away.

My husband died yesterday. He had a hospital bed and a few small items from this company for the last 5 weeks. I am heartbroken that my husband died. But for this company not to come as soon as possible to remove these too vivid reminders of my loss is not a forgivable offense. It is beyond cruel. This is a New York City apartment, a place not known, with few exceptions, for spacious living space. The bed is in the living room. There was nowhere else to put it. So, while I am trying to sort out all the things a new widow would have to do I have this thing dominating my apartment. Why would anyone use these people for such sensitive issues?
