I love this place and have been coming back for years. I’ve honestly never received customer service like the one Hidy provides. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her customers. I’ve recommended this place to friends, and they’ve all mentioned how wonderful their experience was with her as well. Everyone I know who has worked with Hidy leaves satisfied and continues to recommend her to others. If you’re looking for excellent service and a great experience, ask for Hidy — you won’t be disappointed.

Dr. Thomas’s prescription has been the most accurate I’ve received in years. I’ve tried contacts through several eye doctors over the past couple of years and was never quite given the right fit or prescription. This time, everything finally feels clear and comfortable. I really appreciate the thoroughness and care—highly recommend!

This was probably the example of perfect customer service I have ever experienced for eye care from start to finish. My wife and I were treated with such amazing professionalism, kindness and sincerity. Dakota, April and Dr Kelsey Thomas explained and performed their functions with clarity and precision. It was a warm and friendly experience. We were even offered a payment plan which definitely helped. Loved it!!

The customer service is great and comforting. The eye exam was quick and straight forward. Though they didn't have my glasses in stock this time, I will be back around next year for a 2nd pair.
