Love the doctors and the staff but I wish the scheduling was better, I always try to get to my appointments early. I'm a single mom with not alot of help so when my dr appt says 8am and I get there 15 minutes early as it says when I confirm the appointments, theh should be here at 7:30 to set up their computers and get ready for the person with the earliest appt. Weird to schedule an appointment at 8am and doesn't open til 8, right? Or am I the inconsiderate one?

I had a really good experience with my daughters first visit at this clinic. As soon as we walked in the receptionist were friendly and welcoming. I hardly waited in the waiting room, we were called in promptly. Katherine Shields FNP-C was excellent with my daughter she answered all my concerns and made my daughter feel comfortable at her visit.

I was there to help my pregnant daughter with my 18month old grandson for an appointment and was stopped at the door. The receptionist behind the desk said only one parent, so I said I'll just wait in the very large, empty waiting room. She said ""No, you will have to wait outside. Temperature 35°! She then looked back down from behind her desk as she did not want to make eye contact with me. She was not kind or polite to me . Simply she could have said "Sorry but we only allow one parent at this time, and unfortunately our waiting room has to be closed. So sorry." Then they told my daughter that the nurses could hold him down for shots. Unbelievable!!! Response to Dr. Ahn: I would like to add that my daughter was extremely happy with the doctor. I had a First come to them because I just moved to the High Desert and The 1st Dr I chose For my children 🤦🏾‍♀️ Didn't Expect Premie babies and of course I have 4, So I put my 4 babies here ( ages 1, 4 , and 5 yo Twins) . We went to our 1st appointment, yes it was a bit of a wait because we got there 45 minutes early. But myself and my husband Fell in love with this office and the doctor. The doctor Listens VERY well and she has done Referrals for my special needs child and it was fast. The follow up to ensure everything is going good. Since then I have placed all 9 of my children here. My Lil ones are always waiting and excited about going to the doctor. I used to hate taking my babies to the doctor for shots but my babies are happy here and I no longer have the fears as a parent with imm

I came her to give my friend and her daughter a ride........I brought my 5yr old with me it's about 100 degrees outside and I have no air condition in my car.....asked if we could sit and wait in the waiting room and the receptionist said no even after I explained the situation......was really rude and when I asked to speak to someone else literally didn't let me .......I'm new to the area and my daughter needs a new doctor- I definitely won't be bringing her here............that rude office assistant showed me that they do not care about children. I will also discourage all my mom friends from bringing their children here as well. The woman with the burgundy scrubs shouldn't be working at a pediatric office.
