Infinity Healthcare East Ft. Myers LLC

I just started visiting the Infinity of Fort Myers office. I thought the doctor was good and actually took the time when it comes to consultation. She set up follow up appointments. When I cancel my appointment and tried to reschedule leaving 3 messages on different days for a callback, no responses. Decided to go to the office on a Friday at 2:15 pm and the doors are locked. Hours of operation is till 5pm. Why are they closed. Very disappointed and planning to change to a more competent healthcare provider.

Very knowledgeable doctor. The front office girls are really nice and friendly.

We have been with several services in the past we were referred to infinity and we are more than pleased with all they have done and have outperformed everyone thus far. Barbara is a pressure to work with and so professional. Lucy is always happy to help and have always gone out of their way to ensure quality of care. Mariangel does a fantastic job with mom and she is perfecto. It seems infinity has the best vetting process to find the very best caregivers. We are looking forward to a wonderful future and business relationship together…. If only we had them first. Save the best for last. We won’t go anywhere else.

The doctor was very kind. The super professional girls. Delighted with the treatment and service. Everything very fast.

What a joke. I can’t believe this company is even allowed to be in the healthcare business. I’ve called no less than 6X to get a prescription filled and still no luck. They don’t return voicemails. I’m going to find another provider. Very frustrating.
