Infinity Eye Care: Michael Zolman, OD

My 5-year-old had an appointment at Infinity Eye Care yesterday, and the staff was absolutely wonderful. They were so kind, patient, and made her feel completely comfortable. She even had the other customers laughing! We’re so grateful for the warm experience. Highly recommend!

I'm new to the area and so happy I found Infinity Eye Care! Dr. Michael Zolman was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. The entire staff I encountered—from the friendly receptionist to the eyewear specialist and optometric technician—were all welcoming and professional. I highly recommend this practice and look forward to my next visit.

I started there a few years ago when they saw me on a possible emergency. The receptionist employed AT THAT TIME was absolutely amazing at her job and very professional. Another girl was there afterwards… so unprofessional and made a confusing mess of my paperwork on more than time. The doctor and other staff were great, but due to her, I took my business elsewhere cause the front desk is very important. My husband went to them a few times . This last time has made him also decide to go elsewhere. He ordered glasses sept.19 and was told it’d be approx 2 wks. Now it’s Nov. 5 and we’ve both made so many calls about them. We keep getting told they’re on the way. Not once did they initiate a call with an update. Very disappointing and 2 customers gone. Really need a course in customer service.

Always a great experience at Infinity. Staff is super nice. I appreciate how they keep up on the new technology for the office exams (not needing to get dilated). Also Dr Zolman is very knowledgeable/experienced. I appreciate him staying late to answer all my questions.

Great staff with great experience for my 13 and 10 year old girls. My youngest started coming here when she was 8. She was super nervous but everyone made her feel at ease. Not many leave the eye doctor with smiles on their faces :) Our whole family will be switching over
