Now I understand so many as its happened to ME. In the past, we have paid in advanced for our membership and given vouchers and of course like my mom would always say “nothing in this world is FREE!!”. I agree we knew we would pay gor taxes and resort fee. This time around we were offered the same deal and we paid and chose the hotel from a list that was provided by the travel agency. Do NOT book anything with this group. Wow! The run around! I had to leave a royal Carribean cruise for a medical emergency and they would not refund me even though the RC staff said they would - when they discharged me. This company would not return my calls only after I bombarded them with emails. Requesting a refund. There emails and calls started Jan 11. Literally what a joke of a company. Finally agreed to give me a refund for my sons taxes of the fare which is also a joke - his ticket was 1,082.00 they are supposedly giving me 520.00 and 580.00 for his exercusions and they said I would get it within 48 hours. Now its 72 hours and no money and no response. I'm filing a complaint with my bank for the full amount. They have been stating they are processing my refund for a week. Its s

SCAM!!!! This company is horrible!!!!!!!! By far one of the biggest scams I’ve had in my life!!!!!! Signed up as they promised to help me and my husband with our wedding in Hawaii which never happened as I could not get in contact with anyone!! Gave them thousands of dollars to only use once!! I travel with Marriott friends and family as it is way less!! They show you prices at their introductory and you will never get those prices once you are a member!!! The lady Mayra in billing is extremely rude she yelled and would not allow me to speak with anyone else to help simply told me only one that can question her is her mother smh what type of customer service is that!!! DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS!!!! I went to their smoke and mirrors scam of a presentation and thought this was a great opportunity. They put us on the spot to sign up otherwise the price would increase. This was supposed to be a membership to get us discounts on travel for our honeymoon. They said in the presentation that they were better than timeshares and wanted to help people be able to travel. They said you could pause at any time. They lied. We thought we had paused it when we had to drop everything and move across the country to care for my mother who was diagnosed with cancer right after our wedding day. Well instead, they restarted it without our knowledge, immediately sent our account to collections and now they say we owe them thousands of dollars when we have never even been able to

Rip off artists, double charged me on my booking and then I called immediately after they told me they would refund me my 198$ within 60 days, no refund it’s been over 60 days due to COVID . They decided to refund me with points, and not even the full amount are you kidding me ?! They also tend to call you almost everyday to renew your membership, so pushy. Their prices are maybe 5-10$ cheaper at the most than other places that are free! I have contacted them more than once now about my refund and have yet to hear back from anyone...I’d like my money back and I do not plan to renew with you guys so please do me a favor and lose my number after I get my refund.
