I’ve had a wonderful experience at Longevity Therapy. The team is friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by a helpful front desk staff who are always kind and great about sending friendly appointment reminders. The physical therapists truly care about their patients and take the time to tailor treatment to your specific needs. Since starting therapy, I’ve noticed significant improvements in my balance, which has helped prevent falls and given me much more confidence in my daily activities. I’ve also experienced a noticeable reduction in pain. I highly recommend Longevity Therapy to anyone looking for compassionate, skilled, and effective physical therapy care.

Christian Dela Cruz is the absolute best Physical Therapist I have ever had. I am almost pain free with improved flexibility and balance that I haven’t experienced in decades……AND WE STILL AREN’T FINISHED! At 77 years old, who knows, I might be running soon! I was very hesitant to try another PT place after poor experiences elsewhere in North County, but Longevity changed my mind. My wife had a great experience here, and now I can say the same. Tori Wood, DPT, has been my savior. She took my extreme sciatica condition and systematically worked through it until I was pain-free and back to playing basketball. And she continues to enhance my routine to focus on preventative exercises (e.g., core strengthening). Tori's the best and I'm thankful to be working with her. The biggest difference here is the Longevity model. Other places involve a DPT at the start but quickly hand you off to an aide who doesn't know your case and I questioned what I was really getting out of the sessions. My experience at Longevity Physical Therapy was so nice. I was very nervous for my first appointment because my case was a bit of a weird one. Torrey was kind, respectful, and gave me the attention I needed to feel confident that I was going to heal. Her and the entire team worked with me and equipped me with the perfect exercises that I continue to do today. I’m super thankful.
