Sitting in the waiting room with my disabled child for nearly 2 hours. When I asked about being seen the receptionist said "well, you were late. So it'll be a bit" I asked if they work with individuals with disabilities often and she had a big attitude. The nurses were also all smoking by the front entrance to the clinic. We had to walk through the cloud of smoke to get through the door. Rude, unprofessional, I will definitely be complaining to the state. That is the ONLY reason we're even here! Because it was a state approved clinic. Disgusting.

I just followed up with my va claim since I drove over three hours each way for hearing exam without being seen! Dr Kyle Lindholm couldn't do exam or refused because of little wax in my ear! Of course, I was a little pissed but today when I rescheduled they put in that I never showed up! This big mistake could have reset process of my Va hearing disability claim! Bless all vets who are battling our horrible free healthcare!

very unprofessional. I had to go here for several VA exams through QTC. QTC was fine, these people are horrible.

I had a great experience here. Staff was professional and friendly. I got in in a very timely manner. I waited less than 5 minutes in the waiting room.

Appointment is at 130 here we r goin on 240 and still waiting to be seen
