Paid 145$ for the eye exam the Woman Dr was super friendly. I’ve left many messages about trying to order contacts all week. I do get a call back every single time , I don’t like how the front desk lady spoke to me when I called a third time then proceeds to explain that he hasn’t finalized my prescription, cool! I did not know that and wasn’t told that, I was just told I would get an email and it’s been hours. I understand offices get busy but don’t talk to me disrespectful. I just need to order contacts!

My 7yo had an appointment here last week and was extremely nervous about needing glasses. The doctor was AMAZING!! She made it fun and knowledgeable at the same time. Was told it would take about 2 weeks for glasses to come in, and they’ve already arrived. I highly recommend this doctor, she’s amazing with all ages.

Arrived on time for my appointment on my lunch break. Front desk is so unorganized, double booked appointments. She let two others go ahead of me bc she was having difficulty. There is no privacy as she called and proved my information with other customers in the waiting room. I need to find a better eye doctor. Ridiculous. Many red flags.

Jackyln is by far the BEST eye doctor in the area. Now that she has a good receptionist this is truly a great eye doctor to go thru. The last receptionist was terrible , so if u called when she was there and didn't get thru , CALL AGAIN, YOU WILL GET AN APPOINTMENT. A Good eye doctor is hard to find , so take my advise book here.

They were fast and efficient. I didn't have to wait and everything went great. Everyone there is amazing and really care about you and doing their job properly. Would recommend.
