Indian Canyon Post Acute Care Center

My father is staying with the location and I've called 4 times today and several times over the weekend and no one answers the phone. I've called at various times in case they are in break or lunch but there is never an answer. Additionally there is no way to leave a message.

Thank you to all staff, from CNA, nurses, physio, occupational therapy, transport to doctors appointments, and most of all Jennifer from social services that coordinated my stay...everyone was so understanding and comforting...it help me a lot to heal from broken femur and go home with lots of good memories in spite of circumstances. Thank you all...Tomiko, True, Loretta, Carla, David, Amber, Maria, Vanessa (occupational therapist), Con (physio), Paul (driver to dr and great company) Christine always had my documents ready for ride to dr...and all others that I did not have a chance to see as often,,,thanks

This facility has helped me on di many ways With being done I can walk and discharge back to community. This place a Has so many amazing people. Huge shout out to social services getting appts and transportation,:those ladies are amazing I would recommend this facility Richard Munoz

Disgusting!!! I wouldn't leave my dog there. Please if you have a loved one there get them out immediately. It smells horrible and isn't sanitary. My father fell and the nurses never put it in his report and tried to cover it up. We are going to report them to the state because it's not acceptable for anyone you love.

Wouldn't put my family in here ever or anyone I care about
