Independence Rehab and Nursing

When thinking of where to send a loved one, Independence Rehab is the only option. From the second you walk through the doors you are met with staff that truly care. From Nursing to Therapy, everyone works hand in hand to ensure that the care being given is second to none. All of the staff, including ownership, go above and beyond showing that they truly CARE for each and every patient as if it were one of their loved ones. Kudos to the Independence team and keep it up!!

My social service director B is very warm, loving but most of all through. I was able bond with her from day one. As a human service professional myself with a PHD she reflects the principles of social work to the highest level. I would hire her myself without a second thought!

PLEASE giving them 1 star but rather not give them nothing. Went to visit my brother a month ago and I noticed that his TV broken spoke to nurse she said that's not her area, so I went to the nurse station and I Said I want to speak to manager . She said there's no one here it is Friday and no one works they Left for the Day. I said I want to speak to directors some one Cause this has been already going on for a while I want you to change my brother from room or just fix TV so at least he could watch TV. Said you have to call your self. I said what is the number they don't know it. What!!! You work here I need to speak to someone. Well let me see if I could ask around???well wait for 2 hrs. Cheltenham (Independence) Nursing and Rehab has brought up their standards for care and facility conditions. Their staff is courteous and caring. The staff goes out of their way to help and assist to the needs of their residents. The facility is clean and there are no malicious odors. Actually, a beautiful fragrance fills the lobby and elevator landing areas which only builds the impression you get on the attention to detail this facility dedicates themselves too. You will not be disappointed with Cheltenham!

This nursing home provides a warm, caring, and supportive environment for its residents. The staff are attentive, compassionate, and truly treat everyone like family. The facility is clean, welcoming, and well-run.
