I have visited In Touch a couple of times and have a some things to SAY. For starters, Debroah herself is warm, wonderful and very knowledgeable, and more than willing to answer any questions you may have about the whole process! I see her for TRUE trigger point therapy. I had no idea the places I had been like Massage Envy or Hand & Stone that offered similar practices were not ACTUALLY performing trigger point until I went to see Deb. It was an eye opener to say the least, and she has helped me so much. I feel 100% better since I started seeing her regularly. We have worked on my shoulders, my back, and specifically my Psoas. The magic she pulled last session has improved my knee pain during running and my back pain immensely. I will continue to see her and encourage you to as well.

Deborah is truly incredible! I came to her after weeks of intense lower back and hip pain. I was in tears daily, walked with a limp, and couldn’t sit for more than 5 mins without shooting pain. Deborah was super attentive, very well educated, and worked literal magic on me. Within 24 hours of seeing her i was comfortably taking low dose ibuprofen- no muscle relaxers or prescription pain meds. She did what a medical doctor, chiropractor, stretching, icing/heat, and prescription meds couldn’t do for me… she gave me relief. I’d recommend her to anyone that just can’t figure out what to do or where to go.

After a car accident left me with back pain and mobility challenges, I needed a massage therapist who truly understands the body to deal with some trigger points that wouldn’t release. These created poor posture and pain from my neck down to the ground. Deborah is outstanding! I would describe neuromuscular massages as deeper than deep tissue, and in my case, it comes with a lot of trigger points that can be excruciating even for someone with a high pain tolerance. With that said, I enjoy working with Deborah because she’s patient, empathetic, and a master of neuromuscular massage therapy. Deborah is amazing!!! I have a senior dog, and Deborah during her in-home visits calms my dog and gives her a loving massage at all the pressure points my dog needs. Deborah’s healing touch not only gives my dog new energy, but my dog also really enjoys her sessions with Deborah. Deborah is a welcome guest in our home. I 1000% recommend Deborah!!
