My personal experience was comforting. First visit was xrays for my daughter. Dental assistant Lindsey made it a calming transition of what to expect during 4 extractions. My daughter had so much anxiety about what would happen and mostly the pain to expect. We were offered pre oral medication the night before surgery. My daughter took 2 pills(10 mg Diazepam/Vallium)given night before and the morning of surgery (today). No side effects..she was just sleepy.The extractions took under 30 minutes for 4 teeth. She had her headphones, a plushie and was ready for surgery. She had nitrous and did just fine coming from her own experience. She only felt pressure but no pain. Staff member Mr. Dee was friendly.I was relieved the process went this well. I believe everyone will have a unique experience

I just wanted to leave a review on the experience I had with this doctor, they handled my problem with urgency and efficiency. I came in about a month ago for a consultation about my wisdom teeth extraction and they explained every detail thoroughly and even re explained anything i was confused on. The day I actually received the extraction everyone handled me with care from the front desk to all the doctors, they mad me feel safe and calmed all my nerves simply by just making me feel welcomed i’ve never really had a procedure done like this and for it to be my first time i would highly recommend them. We had a very concerning billing experience with this office. My son had four wisdom teeth removed. Prior to the procedure, he explicitly declined nitrous oxide after discussion with the office, signed paperwork declining it, and verbally declined it again immediately before the procedure. At checkout, I paid for the extractions and received a receipt showing no charge for nitrous oxide. However, the office later submitted an insurance claim billing for nitrous oxide that was never administered. Insurance denied that portion, and the office then attempted to bill me $200 for nitrous oxide anyway. Although I was terrified of going to the dentist and couldn’t sit still in the chair, Dr. Gesek handled it amazingly. He stayed calm, kept me reassured, and somehow managed to get all three root canals done in under 30 minutes. His assistant was so kind and comforting, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly. The office was also very clean and welcoming. They all took such great care of me — I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I went there last week. I was referred by the Veterans Affairs. The office was crowded but that didn't bother me. I was called to the back within 5 mins of completing my paperwork. All the dental assistants were cool and made everything so easy. They were helpful yet with a laid back approach. Dr.Gesek was professional yet stern with his assistant. I would say he was that was to make the comfort level for me to remain high. I took no offense to it neither did the assistant. He made a suggestion and they followed. I knew I was getting a tooth pulled so of course it was going to be some pulling and tugging. I am not sure what other people expected when they went to get teeth pulled.
