Imperial Valley Urgent Care

Horrible customer service waiting for almost 2 hrs and the 2 people in front of me left so i decided to wait a lil longer cs I was next well I thought I was but they called 2 other people ahead of me that arrived not even 30 mins ago. They didn’t even give me the papers to put my information until I went to go ask like an he later. Very unorganized not good experience.

Horrible service, their website says they close at 1pm but they told me they stopped taking new patients today at 11am because they were busy. However it was only 2 people in there when I walked in. They literally turned me away for nothing

Worst clinic ever! They close at 5 but they stop taking patients at 11 am? Also the wait time is more than 3 hours when it’s just 4 or 5 patients. If you’re thinking coming to this clinic don’t waste your time

They were very patient and kind. Serena, Kimberly, Nancy, miss anna was the best and it was not packed. Very fast and convenient!!!!

Horrible clinic, each of them need to be investigated. They refused to give prescriptions after ordering a test because the patient is from another country Meanwhile we pay out of pocket.
