Imperial Pharmacy

I am a regular customer and have always had good experiences here until today. While picking up my pills, the blonde employee woman raised her voice at me for no reason. I only asked her to repeat herself because I didn’t hear her the first time, and she responded in a rude and aggressive manner. There was no reason for that attitude.

Extremely rude staff. The lady working there probably the owner in so unfriendly. With so many pharmacies out there why go to a nasty place. She has a hateful face like she’s doing you a favor. Keep away

Nice, friendly and helpful staff, huge variety of medicine. You will find everything you need there.

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. The women working here act like they’re doing you a favor just by acknowledging you. Zero basic manners, no respect, and absolutely no sense of customer service. I’ve never been treated with such attitude in a pharmacy before. Won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

This pharmacy is located right off N Federal Hwy in Hallandale, so it's very easy to find. They have a great selection of pharmaceutical products from Europe (as well as the US). The owners of the store were very friendly and offered the best customer service. Highly recommend!
