Imperial Healthcare Rehabilitation and Nursing Center

I spent almost one month at the Imperial Healthcare Rehabilitation facility in Neptune NJ after fracturing my T11 vertebrae. The entire staff...(Nurses, Aids, PT personnel as well as senior management)... was not only extremely competent, but also very caring and kind. The facility is very clean and well equipped and the atmosphere is warm and friendly. I had one emergency, while there, that required readmisson to the hospital for further evaluation. Imperial arranged for immediate transportation and followed up until I returned to the Neptune facility. I highly recommend Imperial for any post hospital or long term care needs. Again, I can only commend the wonderful care I received at Imperial, and I thank the entire staff for their professionalism and extreme kindness.

Highly recommend. The adminstrators and staff are excellent at their professions, caring to the patients and respfectul and patient with family. My mom was here and their attention to detail and each patient helped my mother beyond words - her pins failed and could have caused catastrophic injury if they had not kept a watchful eye and also cared enough to get to know my mother. She was readmited to the hospital for a total hip replacement and then returned for her rehab. Her recuperation was excellent. I also want to reiterate - Staffing is consistent here - this enables them to get to know the patients vs other places that use agencies and staff is constantly new and rotating. - the physical therapists are also excellent. My mother in law was transferred here today. Everyone was very nice and welcoming to us. Huge difference from the last facility she was in.

I was so happy to see the transformation in the way my dad Andrew looked and sounded. I am amazed at all that is being done for my dad at 93. He look refreshed, and I would tell others about Imperial. Thank you to the nurses and staff for helping me see my dad how well cared for and loved he is. Puts my mind at ease.
