I stopped by this pharmacy just five minutes before closing, and even though I’m not a regular customer (I usually go to a chain), I was so impressed. I had opened a medication box elsewhere but wasn’t given any instructions, so I asked the pharmacist, Karim, for help. Even though it was right before closing and I wasn’t his customer, he didn’t seem rushed at all. He took the time to carefully explain how to use the medication, possible side effects, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed before leaving.The level of care and attention I received here was far better than what I’ve experienced at chain pharmacies. Because of this, I decided to transfer all my prescriptions here. Thank you Pharmacy for your professionalism and genuine care!
My first experience with Garden Pharmacy was this evening…. my brother had a procedure done and needed antibiotics to take afterwards. Walgreens said that they can deliver it to his home, I live up in North Jersey so I thought this was so convenient however Walgreens couldn’t have it delivered until over 24 hours later. Garden Pharmacy delivered it within one hour of my phone call. Thank you Kareem!
