I went to this clinic on Tuesday, February 17 at 1:30 pm, and my experience was very disappointing from the moment I walked in. The young woman who was at the front desk exactly at that time, the same one who instructed me to fill out all the paperwork, was completely unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy. She greeted me with a bad attitude and an unfriendly expression. Many people have left negative reviews about the individuals working at the front desk in this clinic. That many comments cannot be wrong. The consultation with the doctor lasted only three minutes. It was an extremely brief visit. I love this place. Dr. Bartos and Rosa are amazing. They really know what they are talking about. They have helped me with a few issues. I highly recommend them.

I initially switched to Imperial Dermatology after my insurance stopped covering my previous dermatologist. My first two visits with Dr. Simona Bartos and the staff seemed great—professional, friendly, and efficient. Unfortunately, that impression did not last. What ultimately pushed me to write this review is the disconnect between the “nice” presentation of this practice and the actual quality of care and billing. I went in for what was supposed to be a routine physical exam, which turned out to be surprisingly brief and not thorough. But what I am most frustrated about is a cosmetic procedure I trusted Dr. Bartos to perform. She charged me over $600 to remove a few areas of milia using a laser. Imperial Dermatology is the best dermatologist office I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to several offices and received different types of treatments and let me tell you that I have received the best treatment and care from imperial. The staff is super friendly and professional at all times, they always accommodate to my busy schedule which is super helpful. The front desk girl Manuela is always checking up on me and making sure I’m ready for my appointments. This is the only place I’d recommend.
