I canceled my appointment due to a lack of pricing transparency. The office charges $150 for a 15-minute consultation, but they were unable to provide any price range for mole removals or sunspot treatments beforehand. While I understand exact pricing may require an in-person exam, not being able to give a ballpark made the process feel financially risky, especially for elective procedures. I prefer providers who offer at least basic cost transparency so l can make informed decisions before committing to a paid consultation.

Dr Hou is a great professional dermatologist and has resolved the skin issues for my entire family

Dr. Hou's office is absolutely the best. You get a great vibe the moment they answer your phone call. Everyone is so nice. The office visit was smooth and pleasant. The doctor answered all questions patiently. You can tell their efforts to make patients comfortable and satisfied.

Great experience today! It was my initial visit. I was brought back on time. Dr Zou was absolutely wonderful. Addressed all my concerns. She was very knowledgeable and thorough with a lovely bedside manner. Her office staff was prompt, friendly and efficient. The office itself was beautiful and very clean. I highly recommend if you are looking for a dermatologist
