Today in my appointment ( 05-10 -2026) had a new Doctor, finally I got answers to my denture issues and was very satisfied as I understood questions I had . Very knowledgeable in dealing with my denture took care of my issue and got the lower dentures ready to sent out for adjustment. Came home very satisfied!! I am looking forward to my next appointment knowing that I am considered as a patient and getting to finalized my dental issues. Also a shout out to the beautiful staff very caring and nice. RECOMMEND 💯!!

Please avoid Imperial Dental! I was referred here for a root canal in late 2024, and from the start, the communication was poor and the staff were unprofessional. The office is chaotic, staff move from room to room (there aren’t actually any rooms just cabinets separating dental chairs) helping multiple clients at once, and no one seems to be on the same page. My root canal took three separate appointments with three different doctors. One appointment was cancelled hours before because the doctor “wasn’t in,” after I had already rearranged my work schedule. The process was uncomfortable and unprofessional, but I was relieved to be done… until the crown fell off less than a year later. When I went in to get my repair, I waited at the front desk for 15 minutes until finally the 2 front desk

Kept rescheduling me for OVER A YEAR. No solid answers, no calls back, nothing straightforward. My teeth were fine but now I’m reaching emergency status. One star goes only to the 5 star dental assistant, she was a very sweet and kind black lady who made me feel at ease and cared for.. she deserves better than an establishment like this and I hope she finds it. One star because how awful everything else about this place brought it down…. Edit: they called me 30 minutes after leaving this review and I missed the call, and they weren’t even bothered to leave a voicemail. Actually bonkers how bad this office has screwed me up. Curious on where else I can report this obvious negligence…

AVOID this dental office! I made mistake by not checking and reading all the terrible reviews. The front receptionist with tattoos on her neck was extremely rude and unprofessional. This office is only about making money the dentists don’t care about there patients. The dentists are greedy and over schedule patients to make more money from Medi-Cal. This office had my elderly disabled mother wait over 3 hours and have done terrible dental work. There are many other incidents that occurred which left me completely shocked as to how this dental office has not been on the news or shut down by State. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

So disappointing with this dental facility in San Marcos. The receptionist does an awful job on communicating professional via text or in person, since they don’t do a cursory call. I’ve had 3 cancellations one in person and two over via text, due to unforeseen circumstances with the doctors. Having to request time off at work it’s an inconvenience. Then they proceeded to schedule an appointment for me, which I didn’t agree to so I missed due to prior commitments, and when attempting to reschedule, they declined. I found this experience to be unprofessional. Personally, I would not recommend this dental office.
