I have been using Prime Care for several years. Kristen White is my provider and Diana is her assistant. Both are awesome and so professional. Kristen talks to you like a real person not just a number or just another patient! Very pleased with Impact Prime Care!

I moved to the area from MD about 10 months ago and had to find all new health care providers. I couldn’t be more pleased with the services provided by Impact Urgent & Primary Care. Kristie Gitto is my primary care provider. She is absolutely wonderful. She is very thorough, kind and compassionate. I am so happy to have found Kristie and Impact Urgent & Primary Care. I would highly recommend.

This practice has always been good to me and my family. I had horrible insurance at one point and they worked with me on the bills as i was reaching 20-24k in health insurance and medical bills a yr even though I am decently healthy and so are my children on the insurance.

Waited over three hours to be seen, only to be given a bunch of unnecessary tests even after explaining exactly what was wrong (it was clearly strep throat). Then got hit with an absolutely outrageous bill — after already paying a $100 copay and after insurance. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Cassie Edwards always greets you with a smile and great attitude!! She is always on top of everything and makes you comfortable!! When you have sick children it's a comfort!!
