Impact Care Medical Group - Urgent Care

I’ve been to this UC a few times. Front desk staff has always been kind and professional. Total wait time approx 1hr to 1.5 hrs. The PA-C Jeanpierre has been extremely thorough. Doesn’t rush and takes all the necessary precautions for his patients.

Slower than ever. Takes 1-2 hours in the waiting room alone then another hour in the patient room. The doctor doesn't even examine me, all he does is prescribe more medication. And they keep testing me for covid even tho multiple results have come back negative. Will not tell me what's happening with blood tests, results, ect.

Great experience compared to past high desert urgent cares. Not too busy, but the wait times can be a little long (as most doctors offices are), but the cleanliness of the facility and the solid medical team (nurses and doctors) make coming to here for urgent care needs with it! Also I appreciate the doctors are more holistic and thoughtful in their approach.

I know you see bad reviews. But take things with a grain of salt. Be patient. Like will make more sense. Ive gone to this Medical Group for my child and myself. There has been a few times where i felt like i waited too long. But it is what it is. Ive had Emanuel Jeanpierre PA-c as my provider multiple times. I enjoy his approach. And appreciate his common sense and thorough knowledge. Will continue to return.

Putting the bad reviews to the side I showed up at 8 and they were the only urgent care that would help me with my 7 year old to be seen. All the urgent cares on hesperia rd close at 8 but stop seeing people at 7 it’s so sad. Receptionist was so friendly nurse and doctor overall. So quick and efficient telling friends and family to go here
