Immediate Medical Care

Staffing are rude, more specifically a tech treat me very disrespectful left me in the middle of the hallway and shut the door on my daughters face.. Her response to what I said about the waiting time. " This is an urgent care we are busy" . No one said the opposite and I can only feel sorry for her inability to address a patient issue properly and as she should. There is always a better and professional way to answer a patient or costumer ... because we are a costumer as well.

Friendly staff, overall great service, the Dr. has a lot of experience that reflects in accurate treatments. Waiting time is ok, like any private practice there is always a little wait far from the horrendous Emergency Rooms in any hospital in New York that can take long hours wait even overnight as I had the exprience twice in hospitals in Manhattan .

Avoid at all costs. Came in at 5 PM, they close at 6. Was told by the nurse that they didn't have WIFI so they couldn't take any new patients and to go somewhere else, while my friend was clearly in a major amount of pain. After speaking with someone else who was there to actually do her job, we were admitted and apologize for how rude the nurse was. While waiting for my friend, the nurse proceeded to take a personal phone call while her co-workers actually worked and complained that she has to stay late due to patients coming in at the last second (we were the only people in there), recorded the terrible things that she was saying since I couldn't believe my ears that a health care professional can be such a horrible person. The Dr. is very professional and has accurately diagnosed (very prompt lab work) and properly treated me everytime I was sick, had an issue or ailment. Would definitely recommend to others

My doctor is the best! UPDATE: MY NEW DOCTOR IS THE BEST (not this Dr.)!!! go here if you want somebody to just take your money or insurance and give you whatever you want.
