Immediate Care of Oklahoma - West Moore

Went here for work place injury after seeing them, they were supposed to call in my prescriptions to Walgreens. I waited over an hour at Walgreens. They never received. It tried calling this place, and they wont answered their phones. Left a message for return call they don’t return calls either had to drive all the way back up to immediate care Waited in line and the person said well there’s someone in front of you and wanted me to step aside without helping me which I thought was rude since I had already been there and I had been sitting there waiting at the Walgreens. Ended up not being able to get my prescriptions till the next day, which I thought was very unprofessional Especially since I was in a lot of pain. Had to come back for a return appointment tried to call them a second time

I am writing to formally file a serious complaint regarding the unacceptable, unprofessional, and discriminatory behavior of one of your staff members, Charlene. We brought my mother to your urgent care facility while she was experiencing what appeared to be a medical emergency. She was at risk of having a heart attack. Despite the severity of the situation, Charlene treated us with extreme disrespect, hostility, and a complete lack of empathy. We were forced to wait for over two hours, during which absolutely nothing was done to help my mother. Her behavior was not only rude and dismissive, but also strongly suggestive of racial bias. I was looking for a new PCP that are available after my work schedule I looked in search couldn’t find no one so I contacted my insurance company (BCBS OF OKLAHOMA) the CA found IMMEDIATE CARE called set me up a NP APPOINTMENT I SAW JERMEY TAYLOR-NP HE IS AWESOME. He listened to my health questions and concerns he didn’t rush me at all. The front staff as well as the nurse took the time to listen the nurse showed compassion to me as a patient and I love it the office receptionist was very courteous I will be definitely coming back now that I have found my newNP AND STAFF I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND CHECKING THE OFFICE OUT

They were very friendly and thorough here. They were very slow though. I walked in and there was only one person in the waiting area. I booked an appointment online for 9:45am. I walked in about ten minutes early, and still didn't get seen until almost 11am.

Really listen, staff is always nice. Miss Charlotte really is an asset. Jeremy Tanner has always made me feel heard and he cares for his patients.
