Immediate Care

I called ahead and Adriana at the front desk was helpful and personable. It was great that she informed me of the wait time. It was also great to actually get somebody on the phone right away. Nicole took my vitals very professionally and was also very pleasant. The place is very clean and has cool calming colors. Dr Chen was pleasant and answered all my questions.

Gave my daughter penicillin and when I called to tell them she was throwing it up, they said that's a normal reaction. When I asked how she was supposed to keep the antibiotic in her system they told me to give her her favorite food!!! She ended up in the ER and had to get a shot of antibiotic bc she couldn't keep anything else down. So today I decided to give them a another try for myself. Figured maybe it was just a bad day, since I have been there before and it was fine, but when I showed up the receptionist with a terrible attitude refused to check me until the woman before me filled out all of her new patient info. I was not a new patient with a reserved appointment. She was able to do other stuff on the computer, so I asked if she could just check on me since I didn't have to do pap

THE STAFF IS SO RUDE. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO REQUEST PATIENT RECORDS FOR ALMOST 3 MONTHS AND THEY NEVER INFORMED ME THAT I HAD TO REQUEST THEM VIA CORPORTAE OFFICE. I STILL DON'T HAVE THE MEDICAL RECORDS & ITEMIZED I REQUESTED. I HAVE CALLED THE OFFICE AND WAS TOLD TO FAX THE RELEASE AND I HAVE FAXED IT 4 TIMES. EVERYTIME I CALL THEY TELL ME THEY CANT' FIND IT AND I HAVE TO FAX AGAIN. TODAY I CALLED THEY HANGED UP THE PHONE. I CALLED BACK AND THEN I WAS FINALLY TOLD THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE RECORDS AND TO CONTACT CORPORATE OFFICE. I WAS NEVER TOLD!!. I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATED THIS INFORMATION 3 MONTHS AGO. I WOULD HAVE JUST REACHED OUT TO THE RIGHT DEPARTMENT IF I WAS TOLD 3 MONTHS AGO.

Called ahead to ask if there was a wait. The receptionist was very friendly but told me no wait at all. Walked in filled out paperwork and then sat for 50 minutes before seeing anyone. No one was even there! Really unacceptable. Don’t think I’ll be back. This appointment took 75 minutes.

I had just come home from a trip overseas. I went to urgent care because I believed to have a sinus infection. My glands were swollen, in the morning I had a low fever, and I couldn’t hear out of my ears from the pressure of the flight home. She would not give me an antibiotic. I know myself and I felt it was needed. I was told to take over the counter meds. Which I purchased. The next day I was in the emergency room with a ruptured ear drum and on antibiotics. I followed up with the ENT and my ear canal was completely closed. While the people are very nice, this may have been avoided if I was listened to.
