Went for a fall to get evaluated on Sunday afternoon, check-in was quick, service was efficient and timely. Facilities were clean. Was seen by nurse and PA, received needed care, stitches and released in less than 2 hours. Excellent experience
Had to wait 45 minutes for a drug test, very slow service. Fully lobby and very little staff. patients were checked in and got served within 5 minutes. Absolutely outrageous. Would go anywhere else if possible
I registered on my chart so check in was quick once I arrived. Melinda was my nurse and she was excellent. Kind, thorough. Hannah was my NP and she too was thorough and kind. Highly recommend!

It's ugly! I wanted to make an appointment with the doctor, as a new client - there are no doctors! It seems that one doctor works for the whole Indiana!! They said there was a doctor, but he will take it only in May - IT'S FEBRUARY NOW!! What nonsense!!
