Immediate Care Foley/ Dr. Benjamin McDonald

I love Immediate and primary Care Foley, they are always so friendly and very helpful every time you need to call in with questions. A few years ago I had to take my mom to Immediate Care, she was about 80 and Dr Omara was wonderful with her. So I started going back for things that I needed and I have Dr McDonald as my primary Dr. He is very good ,I love Dr McDonald. So they have wonderful doctors there and great patient care. We had a great experience at Immediate Care today. The staff did an awesome job completing a physical for my daughter. From check-in to the exam, everyone was professional, kind, and very efficient. They took the time to explain everything, made her feel comfortable, and kept the process smooth and stress-free. We were in and out quickly without feeling rushed. I truly appreciate the care and attention they provided and would absolutely recommend this location to other families.

Very impressed with the down-to-earth and very compassionate staff, a breath of fresh air. The staff were real and honest, rarely do I find doctors that already understand and connect the dots. Highly recommend, they were quick but made sure they were thorough and made sure they answered all of my questions, seen and heard! Was able to get the medicine I needed same day. Thank you!

I have had many doctors over the years and I can tell you with all sincerity that Dr McDonald is a rare breed. Listens intently, communicates very well, and genuinely seems to care. I had been with my primary care physician for several years and always felt as though they didn’t care and they didn’t listen. Luckily for me, my wife took my Daughter to see Dr. McDonald and after she left she told me that I should go meet him and give him a try, Needless to say, I dropped my other primary care physician immediately and I’m glad I did! He has literally done more for me in two visits than my other doctor did in four years.

Urgent Care in Foley is my go-to stop for non-emergency visits. I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how quickly I am seen (usually 20 minutes or less). The front desk staff is friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. My primary doctor, Dr. McDonald, is also at this location. Dr. McDonald goes above and beyond for his patients. He’s better than any doctor I’ve had in the past. He’s eager to listen and quick to respond. We were referred to him last year and we tell everyone we know that he’s fantastic!
